Niko

(Let me begin by saying it is quite the disadvantage to be my neighbor. I took these pictures forever ago and I am just now getting them edited. Many apologies, Joy!)

Meet Niko. 

Our cute next door neighbor, Haidyn, got this cute little package on Christmas morning. We had the privilege of babysitting Christmas Eve so Haidyn could be surprised. My girls were more than happy to help and a little sad to let her go. My husband and I tried to explain to them that they got the best of both worlds: a dog to play with and no responsibilities. I am not sure that they agree.

All involved agree that Niko is the cutest puppy ever.

Haidyn was so happy to get a Pug. She had been wanting one for a while.

Haidyn might be the closest thing to a sixth daughter that I will ever have. I love her like she is my own. I can't say the same about Niko. Niko is cute and all, I am just not a dog lover. Don't judge me. I like Niko. I like it even more that her permanent residence is next door.

I have been overwhelmed by the response to the senior special. Thank you to all. I can't wait to take your pictures. The special will be available until Saturday the 25th for scheduling the shoot. The shoot can take place any time between now and the end of March. Due to the response, I thought I better set some limits to accommodate everyone. Know that openings are being booked fast. I will do my best to fit everyone in.

Senior Special!

Last year in April and May, I was bombarded with Senior picture shoots. I loved it, but the turn around is stressful because announcements need to be mailed not long after that. I have told those of you who have asked to schedule your "senior sittings" for those months because the weather usually won't allow us to do them before that. This year the weather has been fabulous. So, I am offering a "special" for those of you who would like to get them done soon.

Kissing Booth!

One day I was driving by a house that was being torn down. I stopped and asked the owner if I could have some of the wood that was around the house. He said I was welcome to anything but that I had to take it that day because it was his last day as the owner of the house. I had been wanting to make a "booth" that could be used as a "kissing" booth or lemonade stand for photo shoots. I kicked this barn door down.

With the help of my husband, I turned it into this......
