The New Faces of Zuri

Last year around this time I did a post called, "The Faces of Zuri." I documented all the "side line" pics of this little fire cracker. Zuri has the ability to let you know exactly what she is thinking or feeling in one simple look. She is the granddaughter of my favorite neighbor and we have made it a tradition to go take pictures every year. She is honestly beautiful. If you saw her parents, you would know why. The thing I love about Zuri is that yes, she is beautiful to look at, but she is also beautiful on the inside. I love our photo shoots. We giggle. I chase her. We pout. We sing. Yada yada yada. I love her gorgeous smile that always melts your heart. I love her silliness almost even more. This year Zuri would dance and give me silly looks on purpose. Last year I just "caught" them. Whatever the circumstance, I am in love with "The New Faces of Zuri."

Sweetest baby Claire. She was born on Mother's Day. Little Claire was born with Downs Syndrome. She spent some time in the ICU which is where we first met. Loved taking pics of this cute baby. She is home and healthy.

To know her is to love her!!

Finn

I loved taking pictures of this little guy. You see, his grandma is one of my very best friends. I spent many of years watching my girls dance while Marnae watched hers and helped me with mine. I had a few rough years there when my 5 kids were under 10. Now all of our kids our growing up and Marnae is famed as the ultimate grandma. She has two of the cutest little granddaughters and now, FINALLY a BOY. Finn was adorable and wide awake for most of his shots. These are always fun but everyone seems to want some naked sleeping pics, Well, Finn finally would go to sleep and even stay asleep, but only if he was wrapped up. Hope you enjoy the cuteness of the little guy. I loved him!
